The Social Knitwork

Our knitters are incredibly important to us and we could not exist without them.

Each year, KOGO provides an opportunity for all our local knitters to gather, eat and drink together.

At The Social Knitwork, we invite representatives from our Partner Organisations to share their stories with us.

It is heart-warming to hear about the final destination of our garments, and the joy and warmth that these items bring to their recipients.

Vicki Davis - CEO KOGO

The Social Knitwork was an opportunity to meet the new CEO, Vicki Davis, and get together with fellow knitters. This year we are privileged to have two very special speakers who will let you know what they do and also the impact your donations have on the recipients.

Niahm Condren – Volunteer Coordinator at Royal Women's Hospital

Niamh talked about the role of the volunteers at The Royal Women's Hospital, how they support many vulnerable families and how the wonderful donations of baby gift packs and other knits are received.
